The Master Bedroom possesses a touch of Victorian with customized timber moulding and architrave in brush paint finish. In the kitchen, cabinets are refurbished and installed with pull out drawers, ABS edging and BLUM soft closing hinges.

A 5.4 metre-high CraftStone wall was done up at the stairwell of a duplex apartment and an old Vespa scooter head spray-painted baby-blue by the owner was mounted on it, turning up the cool-factor by several notches. Special light fittings were also installed at the Vespa’s headlights to illuminate the stairwell in the dark.

The owner wanted a clean look, with wooden accented furniture and full height mirror wall to make the space appear bigger and brighter. At the dining area, a custom settee with flip-up cover and storage space was manufactured. These modern features are contrasted by the selected wallpaper which reeks a nostalgic oriental look and feel.

Keeping aligned to the condominium’s name, the owners wanted their unit to be modern with a touch of rustic. Seamless integration of wall, floor and carpentry creates this simple yet classy home. The false ceiling gels in with the CraftStone feature wall, and a suspended TV console hides unsightly wires and cables. On the other end is an integrated white laminate full-height carpentry with the open storage to create a staggered effect.

Z L’s 3rd time returning clients were looking to re-model their latest residence. Together with their long-term and preferred interior designer, Z L created a masterpiece of white grace and neutral shades. The living room saw a complete makeover with new homogeneous floor tiles, false ceilings and customized curtain pelmet. The walls were newly-plastered to ensure perfect wall-leveling.

Alpha Apartments

The owner appointed Z L to perform a complete makeover of this penthouse apartment. In the living room, a majestic custom full-height bookshelf with internal melamine board was manufactured. The staircase was re-constructed with teak infills and lacquered, which at the same time houses a little storeroom. At the rooftop, an outdoor patio and polycarbonate awning with stainless steel structure was created to provide for relaxing afternoon teas with a view.
