Z L’s first showroom and office was entirely designed by Tony and Jake to create a fresh yet classy outlook with practicality in mind. It was constructed by Z L’s own crew. Much thoughts have been given to showcase various materials and construction methods to allow prospects and clients make the most ideal decisions regarding their renovations.
This young couple has bold and creative ideas which transforms their matrimonial home into a warm and dazzling masterpiece. Their interesting requests include a custom-made TV lift cum chest of drawers at the foot of their bed, and a special kitchen vanity island with extendable black granite top and backspray glass wall cladding.
Ever wondered how a CraftStone wall with minimal grouting depth looks like? The little wooden countertop seamlessly connects the hallway with the country-styled kitchen.
Half-height CraftStone feature wall in the master bedroom creates an interesting and slightly rustic feel. Instead of the usual timber strips, the owners have chosen synthetic grass at the balcony area which blends in perfectly with the Bedok Reservoir view.
In an interesting use of CraftStone, this bachelor engaged Z L to transform his studio apartment into a rustic chic setting. He specifically asked for dark grouting and distressed CraftStone outlook which brought out a very rugged vibe thoroughly different from Z L’s other projects.
A perfect harmony of neutral and natural colours, the final masterpiece puts every guest at ease upon entering the house.

From the café-style dining area to the special hand-drawn porcelain tiles on the kitchen floor to the boutique-style walk-in wardrobe, this unit bears so many aspects to simply wow about.
A pair of young owners appointed Z L as main contractor for the interior fit out works in their Duplex Apartment. It features a rooftop garden and resort-style living using CraftStone products.
A neutral backdrop of earthy tones highlights the masterpieces in the colonial building – exquisite guitars sourced from overseas. The resulting space is airy and well-lit, and also serves as a chill-out spot for the owner and his close friends during non-revenue hours.
