In the kitchen, a long island and a full L-shaped top and bottom cabinets were customized to the satisfaction of the wife, who is an avid cook and enjoys hosting parties at home.

Our past client recommended us to her parents for their bedroom remodeling. 2 original bedrooms were joined together to create a large Master Bedroom with its own bar counter, 2 workspaces, and a walk-in wardrobe/powder room. At the walkway into the bedroom, cabinets with fitted downlights showcase the owners’ branded bags and luxuries. The bed and bedside tables were specially customized to allow the owners’ dogs to jump up onto the bed with ease.

This landed house at Kembangan was given a full makeover to enhance safety of Grandma. Z L team successfully created a home of visual delight and functional space. Bathrooms enjoy wheelchair friendly design with grab-bars, anti-slip porcelain tiles and shower enclosure with knight-head for better stability. The open kitchen features custom-made carpentry and fridge insert, complete with slip resistant homogeneous tiles. At the same time, the children’s rooms are accentuated with strong vibrant colors. Timber strips steps at the dining area are fully-sanded and varnished to satin finish.

A room revamp saw new drywall partition adjoining the bed frame and concealed bed lights wiring. The full-height wardrobe is custom-made with a tempered glass mid-section and walnut top and bottom laminates.
