They engaged us as newly weds, and now again as new parents. A most accommodating and trusting couple who decided on a nautical approach fresh look, with accent blues and neutral wood on whites. A functional kitchen design and stone finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms complete the refreshing change.

Our clients wanted a seamless and fuss-free contractor service. After a long search and evaluation process, they placed their full faith in us, and we had a great partnership with them. The completed works speaks wonderfully for itself!

There was bold use of colors in this project where we revamped the kitchen, extended a bathroom, remodeled the bath finishing, and refreshed the unit with a new coat of paint and new flooring. The owner was very involved and open to ideas in the development of carpentry details. The results turned out to have the feels of a simple and classic pop finish.

These newlyweds wanted to redo their resale flat in a classic fashion. We went for light and neutral hues for the kitchen, and wood-like feels in the bedrooms. The finishing look is classy yet functional, with details and colours easy on the eye. With ZL, we have practicality in our DNA and always endeavour to merge functionality with class.

Going back to our bread and butter projects, we gave this new 4-room BTO a rustic look with an evergreen Craftstone design. We gave attention to details on designs interfacing with appliances, and further complemented bold accents with black perimeters. Wall accent paint colors gave this home the finishing look.  

Marking our first project in a new township and we were awed by the facade and the built quality of the construction. These clients were professionals with cross-boundary businesses, and needed a cosy place to call home. With the direction for clean lines and a bright set up, we had customised carpentry in the living and study rooms, and also designed a sophisticated yet practical bed frame and headboard. The main challenge was doing a lot of communication with our clients over Whatsapp and Skype, proving that difficulties in remote communications can be overcomed, and we can still get it right by giving great attention to details and listening with the heart.

A Corporate Social Entity engaged us to spruce up their office space by remodeling their pantry and enhancing their colour scheme. The mini makeover complete with new furniture and IT connection makes for a warm and cozy work environment.
