This custom-made TV console with cove, downlights and a build-in shoe cabinet has generated much interes. It features a louvre TV console door panel with pull out tray which disperses heat while hiding the cables and wires, and complements the owner’s korean chest furniture.
Z L’s 3rd time returning clients were looking to re-model their latest residence. Together with their long-term and preferred interior designer, Z L created a masterpiece of white grace and neutral shades. The living room saw a complete makeover with new homogeneous floor tiles, false ceilings and customized curtain pelmet. The walls were newly-plastered to ensure perfect wall-leveling.
The owners wanted a fresh look at her entrance balcony wall, and the CraftStone Ledgestone series was selected to create this countryside feel.
Vibrant yellow laminates were chosen for the kitchen cabinetries and daringly contrasts the rest of the house.
The owner appointed Z L to perform a complete makeover of this penthouse apartment. In the living room, a majestic custom full-height bookshelf with internal melamine board was manufactured. The staircase was re-constructed with teak infills and lacquered, which at the same time houses a little storeroom. At the rooftop, an outdoor patio and polycarbonate awning with stainless steel structure was created to provide for relaxing afternoon teas with a view.

Much thoughts have been given to showcase various materials and construction methods to allow prospects and clients make the most ideal decisions regarding their renovations.
This young couple has bold and creative ideas which transforms their matrimonial home into a warm and dazzling masterpiece. Their interesting requests include a custom-made TV lift cum chest of drawers at the foot of their bed, and a special kitchen vanity island with extendable black granite top and backspray glass wall cladding.
This landed house at Kembangan was given a full makeover to enhance safety of Grandma. Z L team successfully created a home of visual delight and functional space. Bathrooms enjoy wheelchair friendly design with grab-bars, anti-slip porcelain tiles and shower enclosure with knight-head for better stability. The open kitchen features custom-made carpentry and fridge insert, complete with slip resistant homogeneous tiles. At the same time, the children’s rooms are accentuated with strong vibrant colors. Timber strips steps at the dining area are fully-sanded and varnished to satin finish.
Warm hues chosen by the young owners ensure that they return to a cozy home at the end of a tiring day of work.
