Through a referral, client wanted their humble abode to exude big character with flexible yet practical usage. A pull-out island table was customized with top hung storage and wine rack. At the hallway, a wall-cladding feature wall was constructed in alternate sandblasted mirror finish, complementing the shoe cabinet installed with T5 recessed lighting.

Another collaboration with Interior Kit to transform our university pal’s DBSS to a functional, beautiful and kids-friendly abode. Works included customizing a suspended bar top shelving at the bar counter, creating a timber-cladded ceiling, decking the outdoor, enhancing storage for pull-out bed, and wall paneling to conceal the Household Shelter entrance.

Wood tones were applied throughout the unit with great attention to details in the kitchen. Emphasis on kitchen details can be seen in the spacing, appliances and usage as the clients enjoy cooking. As a marketing professional, the missus requested for a huge walk in wardrobe for sufficient storage. New hexagonal homogenous tiles were laid at balcony and wood trimmings adorned half walls in living area.

3rd time repeat customer wanted Z L to do up their 3rd F&B outlet. Taking over from previous tenant, the Z L team made use of whatever was left and sourced for enhancement pieces to polish up this gem. A wire mesh aluminium rack with sliding tracks and stainless steel bronze-brushed finish counter top were customized. Little tweaks to the lights and fans scheme increased the restaurant’s ventilation and brightness. The main bar counter was donein cement screed finish and eopxy coating, and the stainless steel worktop in bronze accented finish. You have to visit to see and taste the real deal.

The owners wanted an eye catching and practical kitchen, able to host friends over for drinks and nachos. Folding aluminium windows to form a cafe-style coffee counter. Internal cabinet laminates in naval blue to jazz up the space and hexagonal subway tiles were chosen for ease of maintenance.

Fernvale Link 5-room BTO [3]

This BTO is a of extremely raw industrial theme, complete with some customised details that is littered all over the unit. GI industrial piping were used as decoratives throughout the space. New vinyl flooring were installed throughout the living and 3 bedrooms. The centrepiece is an open kitchen with erect hollow blocks for a dry Kompacplus island top and custom black aluminium chicken mesh double leaf doors.
