We did not encounter any surprise in your costing and planning. The outcome of the project, materials used, finishing and final look-and-feel are as was expected and agreed-upon. We appreciate your input during the planning and execution stage, and the flexibility shown, also late in the project, when we decided to make last minute changes. Your contacts and follow-up with the regulatory instances involved, getting all the required permits in time, was also very valuable to us.
