We met with several IDs and weren’t confident if going with Contractor was a good idea, but eventually placed our trust with ZLC through a friend’s recommendation and thankfully everything worked out. Our assigned project manager, Jake, was reliable & knowledgeable. We appreciated his time educating us on many topics. As new homeowners we would have some fluffy ideas, but Jake’s advice was always practical. He showed initiative and fixed things that we never thought to fix – now our corridor walls look more flushed. He worked around our busy schedules and kept us on our toes. He was responsive to our messages. Naturally every renovation process has its problems and some re-works had to be done but his team fixed & touched up everything with no questions asked. The workmanship was also good. Overall we are satisfied with ZLC.
