As first-time homeowners, we were overwhelmed by the multitude of decisions, planning and considerations. Jake sat down with us and generously poured out his advice, guiding us every step of the way. Communication with Jake throughout the whole process was smooth and prompt, with Jake updating regularly. During this Covid period, with the ever-changing SMMs, there were several delays from the suppliers but it was all managed very well by Jake through his communication. Amidst managing many projects, adapting to changes in SMM regulations, dealing with supply issues, coordinating to adapt to new plans, Jake still had the capacity to recall the little details in our reno requests. Hats off to him and his team for their utmost professionalism and dedication. Witnessing first hand the coordination works between him and the other specialists, we can tell that he has earned the respect of many. Being courteous, non-confrontational and open to discussion, any issues were resolved in an amicable manner. Every crew involved in this reno was committed to deliver their best work for him as well.
