Vincent responded promptly after my request for a quotation. He and Wayne conducted a site visit to take the necessary measurements, and we also discussed the renovation items on-site. Both were professional and thorough during the site visit, with notes and measurements meticulously jotted down. They also suggested several useful ideas that aided my decision-making.
My home renovation project was primarily managed by Wayne eventually, with Vincent and Jake chipping in occasionally with their valuable proposals. The renovation process was a breeze for me as Wayne took charge and executed the project smoothly. There were constant updates with photographs of site sent via WhatsApp, which kept me posted on the development as I hardly had the time to visit the site personally.
Wayne is a responsible and honest project manager who responded swiftly whenever I contacted him or when there were minor hiccups to resolve. He did a great job with my home renovation and I am pleased with the quality of work provided by the excellent team at ZL Construction.
