Taking a challenge during (the period of) Covid19, we engaged Mr Jake from ZLC to renovate our unit. He’s very friendly, attentive, professional and highly responsive. Gave detailed description of the planned work. Even for our last-minute plan changes, he coordinated and accommodated well. We communicated by Whatsapp and he’d update us regularly on the progress of the works going on. Despite his busy schedule, he’d come down on site to sort out any queries and clarifications and rectify right away. Transformed our house to a new one in tight timeframe.
