When I first reached out to Jake, I told him that our renovation job wasn’t a big one. I know many contractors would turn it down. Jake assured me that no job is too small and I must say that Jake is honest and trustworthy. Unlike other contractors, I’ve never felt like I had to keep them “in check”, lookout for their delay tactics etc. Jake will explain clearly what needs to be done and gives good suggestions when needed. Communication is prompt and clear. He is easy to deal with and made the entire process so smooth and comfortable. I won’t hesitate to recommend ZLC to my friends.
