Picking the right guy and company for such an important home renovation project is as crucial as making old mom happy with the end results. ZLC and Jake were the right combination. Having him working on this project settles my mind, and there isn’t drama or nightmares associated with some other contractors. Good quality work, responsiveness, professionalism are no different from any world class service providers, and more so they are home grown too. I am proud to have ZLC and Jake handled this work and well done Sir. 80 years old mom said good job!
