Met with Jake, who was probably the most knowledgeable amongst the maybe ten IDs I met. Extremely responsive, took time to understand our needs and lifestyle, but also to advise on practicalities of our wants.
Eventually, I took up a renovation package and when I showed Jake the, he really took great pains to try and match it. I would really recommend him, especially for young couples, as he has kids of his own and he is able to also advise on what may be needed for a young family.
